Yes, it is angled to fit the 12 inch infotainment screen on 2021 highlander.

Q: Purchased this product 2 times in the last six months, the screens worked well for 2-3 months and bubbles appeared. Will warranty cover replacement?

I never had a major problem. I did a some bubbles that appeared on the right side. Used the edge of a credit card and slowly worked the bubbles, a couple at a time, to the top, bottom and right edges. Haven't had a problem since.
