One Small, Simple Thing Took This From Five Stars to One Star
I was actually impressed with this frame upon opening the box and setting up the imagery. Set up was quick and easy, and within 10 minutes the frame was up and running with pics from my phone. Transfer of pictures from the PC to the frame was also simple using the FTP transfer. The plastic stand is held onto the frame via a magnet - a decent idea which allows the stand to be placed for horizontal or vertical viewing. This afternoon while sitting at my desk, I heard a crash from behind me. Turning around, I found the frame on the ground, dark and quiet. Within 12 hours of set up, the magnet had pulled out of the stand, and the frame fell off of the shelf it was resting on. The glue used to hold the magnet to the stand was still tacky, and was almost like rubber cement instead of a solid glue.Of course, today was garbage day, so the packaging is already gone. It's a shame, as it seemed like a great frame and I was very happy with it for the few hours that I had it. Sound is quiet as some others have stated, but this did not bother me as the purpose was a background picture frame, not a video player.

Several issues emailing pictures
I decided on this frame to try and save a little money. Out of the box it was very attractive and the screen quality was good. I set it up without issue and emailed a few pictures as a test. No problem. I then emailed in several pictures while killing time at my son's baseball practice. When I got home, I checked the frame and almost all of the pictures were loaded several times. Like 5-7 duplicates. I did not want to hassle trying to determine which to delete (there were close to 300 pictures on the frame), so I deleted all of the pictures to start again. After this, none of the pictures I emeiled in showed up. I returned the frame to it's factory settings and started over. I emailed one picture as a test and it was loaded two times. I deleted one and then no more emailed pictures loaded. This frame is for my elderly mother who is terrible with electronics, so I cannot count on her fiddling with it if these issues persist. It's going back tomorrow and I just ordered a more expensive Nixplay frame as I should've done to begin with.

volume low
Would have rated it higher, if the volume could be adjusted higher. Have it set set to the max, STILL low volume, hard to hear. Unless your ear is almost next to the frame.

Great Photo Frame
It’s very easy to add photos from my iphone. Much easier than adding photos by using the screen on the frame. We have enjoyed this frame sooo much. We have it located where we can see the photos daily. The motion detector works very well and is a very nice feature.

Good and Easy To Use
Purchased this for my mom as a gift. I'm setting it up so it's all set to go for her. So far, I'm really pleased with the frame. Plug it in and it's easy to use. I have two complaints: No auto-rotate for pics on full screen view (unless I haven't found that setting yet) and connecting (binding) to it via email is taking hours not seconds. I was sending multiple emails thinking I was doing something wrong; turns out, they arrived hours later. Looking forward to having my mom using it!

Super fun picture frame!
I love the frame. The instructions are written in tiny type and that was the only challenge, but the information was spot on!The features for downloading photos and videos is easy and wonderful to watch.

Very frustrating, and I’m a software developer
I have been trying to send photos to this frame in every way possible for 3 months. Granted, I gave up for awhile because of how frustrating it is. I finally was able to send 9 photos. 9. Glad we spent $120 on a frame for 9 not even professional photos to be on the frame.

Terrible
Been trying for hours to get this to accept pics from my wife’s phone. Tired of trying, will just return it and buy something better. Absolute junk.
