Perfect for the job I wanted it for. Could do with something to stabilise it behind though when used above the socket.

This adapter meets its description. The quality of construction is basically OK. Not sure how it will stand up if in constant use rather than static appliance plugs. The night light is fine and not too bright for sleep, but one could always cover this partly or fully. The ability to turn through 180 degrees to hang above or below the existing wall socket is very useful. It does not impede the adjacent socket use if used in a double plug wall socket. It lost one star due to the appx.15mm gap at the rear of the adapter and the wall when inserted into the existing socket, which makes inserting and removing appliance plugs quite difficult. If it had 'stand-offs' at the rear it would improve its functional ability.

I use it as a charging station for phone, tablet, camera, headtorch and rechargeable lamps etc. The night light is an added bonus which I use as a security feature for when I'm away from home, giving enough light to give the impression someone is home or as a nightlight when I am home. I like the fact that it doesn't block the next socket where you have a twin wall socket. I'm thinking it might be useful for camping trips too. Might have to buy another one

Love that you have a choice of which way the plug goes.The light is helpful at night, as a night light at the bottom of the stairs.

Better design required. It relies on the wall socket for stability which when using one of the sockets tends to unplug itself. Then the light if your socket is shaded stays on constantly. Currently sitting on the kitchen surface until more than one socket is required. Looking at other more stable solutions I.e. increase number of wall sockets, adding a spur or a short extension lead multiplug solution.

Having bought 3 of these 2 have already lost there earth pin. In my opinion they are not fit for purpose.

A good product specification and seemed to do all I needed but sadly the USB-C socket did not work and neither did a replacement item. Supplier is looking into this but no response yet.I actually glued a couple of bits of packing on each side of the plug to improve the stability otherwise there is a danger that plugging and unplugging an external 3 pin plug can ease the adaptor plug out of the wall socket

This is brilliant I live in a static caravan. And need a versatile extension lead for sky q box, WiFi, and telephone. (Have a separate socket for tv). Got a light on the top. And you can turn the plug round to meet your needs. Also got two usb sockets. Would recommend.
