ItIt definitely works! It took about 8-10 hours for this to kick into full throttle for me.I used 2 tea bags per 12 oz because that’s how I would make my regular tea. (But you didn’t get that from me, follow the instructions, lol)And idk if it’s related, but every time I drank this tea, I felt very drowsy. So it’s a perfect time to spend a day or two on the couch cozied inside for movies and poopies! Some stomach cramps occurred and gas, but nothing crazy or painful. All in all, it did the job, gently and tastefully.

Works overnight like a dream. If you aren’t used to this type of bowel assistance, go lightly. Meaning, brew a light cup of tea or just drink half a cup. Depending on your situation, a full brewed cup may cause cramps. Experiment to find your “sweet spot”. Great addition to your health regimen. I brew a triple cup and place in a airtight container in the fridge and take a shot every other day. Perfect for my regularity.

I only drank about 3/4ths of the cup of tea I made and THANK GOD for this stuff. Keep reading if you love TMI….I hadn’t had a movement in a week and couldn’t eat because I was so bloated and uncomfortable. Laxatives don’t work for me for some reason, but I remembered this tea my coworker gave me a few years back. I definitely drank the whole cup back then, snuck up on me and it wasn’t great LOL. Make sure you have fast access to a restroom just in case it’s urgent, but I’ve finally had a *relatively* normal movement this afternoon. Took about 12 hours to kick in for me, I’m sure there’s a little more to come later this evening but one bag is all you should need if you can’t go!

So I got this tea to try and help me lose some extra weight. Mainly these types of teas are meant to “clean you out” or make you use the bathroom to clean out your intestinal tract. So I had a cup after my last meal of the day and the next morning I had 2 “clean outs” and when I had another cup today, same thing happened. So needless to say this stuff cleans you out, but here’s the downside. You will get a major stomach ache. With both of my movements I had severe stomach aching and I had to go immediately. I would recommend using this product when you have a day off or are sitting around at home. You will be off and on the toilet the day after or the day you take it. Needless to say it works, but at what cost?
