Acoustic Audio
Decent little speaker with above average sound for their size. Using for surrounds in a small home theater setting!

Pretty decent surrounds!
These were the final pieces in replacing my old JBL speakers. They are solid performers. Since I use a sub, low-end performance isn't a concern. They are surprisingly subtle performers for the price - under $16 each when bought in a package. They exceed performance the $100 in-ceilings I've used in the past.I found out as a bonus that these are apparently OK to place outdoors. Maybe if I ever get around to putting audio outside for the patio I'll use these again. Not at all disappointed with this purchase.

The itsy bitsy teenie weenie spring loaded wire terminals are really small.
Who in the world would waste a 200 watt/100 watt RMS per channel amp to drive these tiny tinny things. My god the spring loaded wire terminals are really small a hassle to get the wire in I would almost be surprised if a person could get 16 gauge wire in them. They are described as 2.5" polypropylene full range woofers, with a frequency response is 150Hz-20 kHz?? I would say more of a full range that needs a woofer/sub-woofer.But I have to admit a pair with a 8” pioneer powered sub sound better than built in speakers in my 52” LG TV that is now powering these little things. If I'm bored maybe someday I'll hookup the good Ole classic Marantz to a pair and see what 115 watts 20Hz-20 kHz at 0.08 THD does...

Great for the surround fan on a budget.
These little guys are well worth the super low price! With a powered subwoofer you're getting the same quality as any Bose Jewel Cube speaker. Full rich sound from the front and surround (which is what I use them for!) I wouldn't recommmend using these in a large room but for people with apartments and average sized homes, this is a sure thing. The look, size and setup for these is ridiculously simple and is almost identical to Jewel Cubes (except for metal grates on the front instead of cloth.) If you're looking to supe up your surround sound on a budget, get these! You won't be disappointed.
