We had issue with 1 of 4 and customer service gixed it right away and sent a new chair

COME WELL PROTECTED VARY EASY TO ASSEMBLE , BE SHURE TO TIGTHEN ALL EXISTING SCREWS ALSO IF LEAVING CHAIRS EXPOSED TO WEATHER USE SOME TYPE OF WOOD PROTECTOR SUCH AS ORANGE OIL WAX OR SIMILAR.

The directions were a little bit difficult to understand at times. I have another one to put together so hopefully, that one will be easier. But I’m proud of myself to have assembled it!!!
