This item arrived safely and earlier than expected. The small parts were wrapped separately and the base is neatly secured and looks of a good quality Easy to assemble and sits quite stable on the concrete once the parasol is placed in. So far I am pleased with product at a good price.

Missing part, absence of customer service
Securing screwed knob missing and no response from seller when product support was requested. Otherwise the product seems to be good.

Solid and sturdy
I've bought these before because they are solid, heavy, yet look really nice, unlike the nasty plastic version. They do not move even in gales, meaning your parasol isn't going anywhere in high winds.

Check size is right for your brolly
I bought this for my bistro table it's ideal for my small patio brolly but it will take slightly larger brollies not a big base but quite heavy. Happy with this purchase.
