Autism: Advances in Neuroscience Research

The writing is very uneven, and strong statements and passages that amount only to opinion--but are stated as facts--are often interspersed with sections citing scientific work, without providing the reader with a clear distinction. This is not a book I would trust as a scientist. The author does not make their own background and biases known, either. Additionally, the book has clearly not been seen by a competent editor--whole paragraphs are repated twice in a row sometimes, for example. Look for more reputable sources of information about autism.
