Bad fringes
Fringes are bad quality also 2 different kinds, one was broad and other thin, half of the stringes in on set did not have silver coating it was transparent. Balloons not very good qualities

I was so euphoric to see the number of items, but coming to actual view...The banner of HAPPY BIRTHDAY was not shiny as shown in the picture and I got 29 balloons in that two ballons were damagedWilling to return this product but I don't have time to re order again...
