I like these duel tip markers very much.The tips are the perfect size for using with my adult coloring books. However, what I liked even more is the customer service of this company. ,Three of the thirty markers were dried up. I contacted the seller and asked them to replace the three defective markers. Two days later I received a complete new set of markers. While the markers are good, the customer service is outstanding.

I am VERY pleased with these pens. More importantly is Chalky Crown's customer service. I received the pens extremely fast! Upon inspection of the pens, I found a couple pens were leaking. I notified Chalky Crown. Immediately they contacted me and said they would send replacements. I thought they were going to send me couple of pens. NO! Within a couple days I received a complete set of (80) pens. Thank you! I will be doing more business with you in the future.

Jan24, 2022: I have updated my rating due to the company’s very graceful ability to offer me a refund. Their customer service is outstanding. UPDATE: 1/23/2022: the company reached out to me via snail mail asking what they could do to make this right. I emailed them, they were sorry for my bad experience, offered an e-card for their products. I didn’t know what else they offered so I politely declined. They then offered a refund in another form and I took it!They showed they were sincere in their effort to help me! I may try them again in the future. Decent Company.: I gave these as a gift to my grandsons for Christmas and right out of the box they were dried out with no color. Their dad has the Shuttle Art markers and has had them for a year without incident. I want to return them but it seems a hassle and I am forced to rebuy them elsewhere because my grandsons want them so badly. I’m bummed for my boys and for having to re-spend the money to replace them. Don’t buy!

Purchased these for my daughters 7th birthday as she is an aspiring artist. She takes these everywhere and uses them constantly. These are very good quality. The only issue we had is that the travel bag broke the day sge received them.

they all are great except 198 Tender Pink, 83 lavender, and 68 Turquoise blue.68 had no sort of blue in it, it was a disgusting yellowish brown.83 had a lot of streaking and was hard to use.198 was clear.I just opened these and they are beautiful minus those colorsif you could please send replacements of those colors that would be helpful

The order came quickly. I love the vibrant colors and they blend so good. I had 1 dry marker and when I notified chalky crown, they got back with me immediately and offered a refund or a new order. Great customer service and I will definitely be ordering more from these guys. Not enough good words to describe the company or products.

Horrible markers. Could have just used some cheap markers from the dollar store for this. Used them for the first time today to outline some letters I cut out. “Happy Halloween” pretty simple. Did great on the first few letters then just started running out of ink mid line. By the E in Halloween I’m just struggling to even get it to work anymore. I attached pictures of the lines it will make now. Barley anything. This is so disappointing for the first time I’ve ever used these and the black is already garbage. I wouldn’t waste my money in these again.

My 10 year old daughter requested these pens. She's very satisfied with them. They do bleed through regular paper, but she just puts a peice of scrap paper under it and that works well. Some reviews had me worried about the quality, but I'm happy to report that they are actually very good markers. (None of which arrived dried out.) Also-contrary to most reviews that mention it-the storage bag/carrying case they come in is sufficiently durable. If you're looking to purchase decent quality markers for a child, i definitely recommend these markers.

had one dry marker but the rest are awesome..colours are great, very vivid. Very happy with these markers. Will definitely re-order this brand

I had expectations.Good variety of colors, good carrying bag, dual point. The body is comfortable to handle.However, there are issues.Some markers look dry, specially a few lightest colours. Tryed in several types of paper... The nibs have colour but barely nothing on paper.The blender marker doesn't blend. In fact, only occupying space in the box.Some nibs are uneven, leaving streaks.If you're buying just to have fun or for a kid that is starting to get interested in drawing, go for it.Otherwise, skip it.

Gave them as a gift and 14 of them are the wrong colour or have NO colour pigment. The caps say mint green and navy comes out or they show purple and the ink is clear..The kid lost her mind when she was drawing and it messed up her artwork.You get what you pay for I guess and because I bought early I can’t return! Horse poop

Some markers didn’t have ink in them!! The ones that did were good, but that was disappointing.
