NOT suitable for adults of any size.
Despite the description this bike is NOT suitable for adults. It does not belong in the Men’s bikes section and the line about ‘adult geometry’ is doubtless legally secure but entirely misleading. The seller is being extremely disingenuous, as you can see when they respond to questions saying it is suitable for ‘small adults’.If you’re buying it for a child, it’s a decent enough purchase, but don’t be deceived into thinking it is anything other than a child’s bike.

Its hard to go wrong with this bike
This is a superb bike for teens and adults. Its a short bike so if you ride with your feet hanging over the pedals you will need to be careful turning corners as you can hit the front wheel with your foot in this position. If you ride with the ball of your foot on the pedal then riding is no problem at all.when I was considering purchasing this bike the first review I saw said that the bike was only suitable for children? I am a 60 year old 5'11" fat man and I find this bike a pleasure to ride. I havent even got the saddle and handlebars much above their lowest position and the bike fits me perfectly (standing over it on slightly raised feet the saddle just touches me) so along with many other adults who have given this bike a good review It MOST CERTAINLY IS OK FOR ADULT RIDERS.The bike comes shipped with the front wheel and handlebars removed (to keep the package size down) so when you receive it you will have to spend an hour or so (or 20 mins if you fix bikes up frequently) putting it together. This is not difficult as long as you can use a spanner, an alen key and some wire cutters to cut the cable ties that hold it all together in the box. All the tools needed to put the bike together are supplied with it along with a 68 page manual (all in english for bikes sold here) that explains how to assemble your bike . The manual is well written and easy enough to follow and along with initial assembly instructions it covers maintainence and safty. One item that is not supplied with the bike that you may want to purchase is a pump. You can either use a car pump or buy a bicycle pump that is suitable for mountain bike tire valves.Once assembled you may want to adjust the brakes and gears. As shipped from the supplier these are adjusted reasonably but possibly not optimally. I found the brakes a little on the soft side and the gears a little tardy at the extreme's (first and seventh). for the brakes I think they are supplied soft to reduce the chances of an inexperienced rider launching themselves over the handlebars after heaving on the front brake. Deralier (sp?) gears are always hard to get just right and its probably best to ride it for a while as it comes until everything has bedded down. Instructions for adjusting both can be found in the "Owners Manual" supplied with the bike.I ride my bike for exercise and a pleasure and usually cover 15 - 25 miles on a ride. I havent ridden a bike for over 10 years so when I get home I am usually sore and tired. I find this bike to be about as comfortable as it could be in the terrain I ride on (forest tracks). On a smooth road its superbly comfortable but even over rough tracks its not bad. Before you take yours out you may want to replace the bell that comes with it with a decent one, buy a pump and possibly an emergency tire inflator (if you plan on riding over rough paths) and put at least a rear mudguard on it. All of these can be had from Amazon and will add ~ £40 - £50 to the price depending on the items you choose. Its a superb bike and at less than £200 its a bargain. Its reasonably light, well constructed (good sturdy frame), I think it looks quite nice and it rides very well.

Wors customer service
After assemble the bike was fine and it was looking ok but the next morning when was about to go to work the front wheel was down so tried to pump it after that I left home and in about 30 min the wheel lost all the air and was down again I had to walk 45 to come back home. I contacted the amazon customer service and explained the situation and told them that I don't have a box big enough to resend the product to amazon and that to assemble all the equipment and gadgets that I ordered separately took me nearly 2 hours. I asked them gently as the bike was fine but just only the front wheel is defective if is possible to send the front wheel so they can exchange it which will not give me a lot of hassle. Been waiting since a week now and no response from amazon customer service they just send me a label to print and resend the entire bike to them in order to get a refund but they did not consider that to assemble the bike and gadgets toke me time and effort and now I have to disassemble it buy a box and send it to them where they can just exchange the defective part. I do delivery for living my main bike was stolen few weeks ago so I had to order a bike from amazon to start my work ASAP but unfortunately this move made me lost more money instead of earning at the end I had to go to a bike garage to fix the wheel paying from my own pocket in order to star with my delivery job.I been amazon customer for years ordered thousands of products and never made a complaint and was always happy. This time I had the worst customer service in my life I did never expect, I bought a product and I had to put more money to fix it and amazon did not even bother to look into the matter.
