I LOVE this thing! I’m a athlete & this sucker (if done correctly) can definitely get a workout from you! In less than 5 minutes you will break out in a sweat and your heart rate will be up! No problem with assembly and after 3 weeks no problems with links breaking or coming undone either! This is a solid smart hula hoop!

Well, Tik Tok got me again. I want to love this...but it is taking me a long time to figure out how to keep it going. I have been trying to 2 days and I can get it going for like 30 seconds then it almost feels like it gets hung up in the track somewhere and stops. I plan to keep trying. Maybe some YouTube videos will help my uncoordinated self figure this thing out. Most likely operator error...so I won't 100% give up yet. I will say, that for at least ATTEMPTING for 2 days...I CAN feel it in my abs as they were a bit sore. So maybe it is doing something? For reference, I am 5'6", 200#, size 18 pants and I have had 2 babies....it fits fine and doesn't hurt. So if you are on the fence and have more skills than me, this might be a fun purchase!

It way harder then I thought. It was NOT easy to assemble, hurt my fingers and broke a nail. I had to watch a ton of YouTube videos to see what I was supposed to do and I can only keep it going for 30 before it stops. I’m not giving up just yet but as of now I wish I saved my money.

Easy to assemble. Fit was good, I'm a size 16/18 and I used all the links. Could probably take 1 out to start. I suck at hula hooping so it's going to take some practice to get it down. Felt the burn after the first use. But over all happy with the product so far!

Just got around to opening this to use for the first time and it’s missing the ball so I can’t even use. Unfortunately the return window has passed so I’m stuck with something that I can’t even use. VERY disappointed.

I was definitely on the fence about ordering this but my advice is don’t read the negative reviews!!! It is so easy to use this and it’s fun and I’ve definitely seen results!!! Please get it, you won’t be disappointed at all 😊😊

It takes a little bit too learn how to get it going. I had t shorten to spring with a couple of knots to get it to work for my height (5'2.) A illtte bit of noisy from the it. Not bad at all. I would recommend.
