My cats love it...they don't use the hood though. Instead, they sleep on top of it...but I think that's why they like it so much.

I also had the same problem as the other person. I don't even think it is all there! It looks like by the picture, that there should be another part that goes inside to help keep the top up. I am sending mine back and look for something that works.

Did not receive all the pieces. Not Comfortable for my Small Cat
All we received was the bottom, which has next to no cushion and a half moon that does not attach to anything. This item appears to have several pieces. Not happy and can't figure out how else to complain!
