Great flavor perfect size
Perfect size and amount for a few meals each. Mine arrived bubble wrapped and package well enough to not break like other reviews I have read. Great flavors but they are a little more liquids than I would expect a puree to be. But I still give it 5 stars.

absolutely amazing flavor! I will be buying more!
I was really worried about how hot these were going to be, but they really figured out how to concentrate the flavor of the peppers and reduce the heat! I love this stuff. Don't get me wrong it is spicy but it doesn't overwhelm the flavor.

Quick delivery
The flavor coming out of those little jars is unreal, if you like to cook you have to experiment with this. If you don't like to cook you should buy this and try you just might like to cook :)

Puree or Sauce?
I ordered the multi-pack of all six to try them. Right out of the box, the jars of Chipotle, Red Habanero and Green Jalapeño pepper purees looked to be the consistency of a puree; somewhat thick. However, the Ghost, Cayenne and Orange Habanero jars appeared to be more like a sauce; very watery and thin. That is very disappointing to this first time buyer of this product. Hopefully that is not the normal for these three or any other items. All of these jar's ingredients say only peppers and salt, so it's hard for me to believe that there would be a more water to fiber ratio in Ghost, Cayenne and Orange Habanero peppers naturally to be this liquidly in texture for a puree.

Mostly just SALT and BRINE
Sorry--I *really* wanted to dig this!! Anything that says 'cayenne puree' has GOT to have tons of flavor and tons of heat, right??Well no, it doesn't. If I'm to describe the flavor, I'd go with salty, olive juice/brine, and a cayenne background. The salt is over-powering.The liquid tastes exactly like the brine you get from a jar of olives. The heat is nonexistent. If you compare this to Frank's (and I wasn't, I was expecting something entirely different and very hot), you'll find far less heat, and far more salt.Sorry, but I don't foresee using this for cooking--the salt is just too much.

POW! Right in the kisser!
WOW. The Ghost Pepper sauce is legitimately the hottest version of ghost pepper sauce I’ve ever purchased. Many hot sauce brands lean on the mystique of ghost pepper branding these days, but their products end up tasting mildly spicy at best. This stuff has me in pain… delightful, sweaty, mouth burning, tongue sizzling, long lasting pain. Love it! 🙌🏻

A must have for a "spicy foods" kitchen
Different flavor than cayenne pepper powder - the puree takes food to a whole new level. I have this and the jalapeno puree - love them both. Gave the orange habanero to a nephew - he loves it.
