Q: Does this have non-slip grip?

No extra grips added on the bottom.

Q: only had it for 3 weeks, its warped and growling mold. I left it out to dry on a drying mat as well. Does this happen?

Oh, can't imagine your frustration, Dan. I always oil my wooden cutting boards. My son used to make them. Get some Food-grade Mineral Oil ($9.00 on Amazon), & once a week, lubricate your board. Hope this helps.

Q: what kind of wood is it made of? Bamboo?

This board is made of rubberwood, not bamboo. My board developed a crack after just a few months. I replaced it with a Sabatier bamboo cutting board on the Amazon web site. A great board which should last for years.

Q: Is this sealed, or it is unfinished?

It is unfinished and NOT sealed. Cracks easily. Wouldn’t recommend.
