It is so stable and accommodates my e-bike so well
I love the ease of loading the bike with the ramp accessory. I'm 74 years old and it only took me a couple of time of loading and unloading the get the hang of positioning the bike with pins that secure the bike on the rack. Add some easy to use ratchets and there isn't anywhere I can't go. My only wish is that the Carrier was little lighter weigh. My bike only weighs 75 pounds and I don't see myself buying heavy motorcycle. I encourage manufacturers to work with e-bike owners to develop a new model just for e-bikes. The market is wide open for secure and cost savings customers. Thanks for the quality product

Avoid at all cost
This thing is a true POS. Do some research, the T-Plate tends to crack leaving you stranded. Not just me, but this seems to be a common problem. Watch a few of the Youtube videos on this including mine. I will say HF though is refunding me the purchase price and paying for my time wasted driving home and getting the trailer to drive back and fetch the bike. If you want a budget carrier get the AMC-400 it's in the same price point and people seem happy with it.

Bike gets stuck by tires in carrier.
Put a ktm 525 on it. No problem loading, but when I had to unload both tires were stuck by the knobbies in the carrier. I took the air out of the tires and that did not work. I finally had to jack the bike out each wheel at a time and put the cross bars in. The tie down on the receiver bar bent as soon as we tightened them. There is no way I would even think about using this ramp with out ties downs as the bike is not stable. The directions mention tie downs as an after fact. Unfortunately I now am going to sell the ramp on craigslist and try and find another ramp locally.
