Very nice journal at a decent price.
Finding a journal with a decent, sturdy cover at a big box or office supply store is a tough errand. You'll probably over pay and not be that pleased. I was looking for something with this width line spacing, an elastic closure/bookmark, and in blue. Bingo. The paper is nice quality, and the cover is substantial. The external pen loop is a bonus. Next time I need one I'll look for one like this.

The paper quality is better than I expected, the only thing that I can complain about is that when I'm writing and not holding with my hand it will close by itself.

Salespeople using Analog
It's not a whiz-bang digital note-taking doo-dad but I love it when I take it out in the field on sales leads for home services. Use it to sketch out patios, and sidewalks, and make notes, and the handy pocket in front allows me space for brochures and business cards. Yes I know middle ages stuff, right? Anyway, the pages are sturdy love the pen holder as well as the bookmark. Love these guys.

Such a cute little black notebook. Will probably repurchase when I finish the one I'm currently using.

Cover is super soft
I was pleasantly surprised by the texture of the cover. It's incredibly soft! It's also pretty easy to rip out pages of the notebook that you don't want anymore without damaging the other ones. I did notice that my notebook did not have the same line format. The first half are lines, while the other half is dotted. Also, I wish the basic colours were all the same price, but this price-colour game is nothing new.

No more Moleskin
I've always been a fan of the Moleskin books... until I came across this. The biggest selling point for me.. the pen holder. I know, I know, it's not a big deal.. but for me.. having a pen connected to my notepad = winning combination!Secondary win for me? -- the variety of colours available!
