Great customer service but scent isn't that great
Recieved item open and they replaced it no problem, however the scent is not great at all.

Barely scented
The bottle I received was leaking and did not have a strong smell, but smelled more like a wax warmer fragrance oil than an extract, and artificial.Luckily I was refunded for the bottle promptly.
