Just the job for cooking with Air Fryers, especially where you don't want to scratch interior non-stick coatings.

Just fair. They are non stick pan friendly so that is a plus. The one downside is they lack a good biting grip and for tongs that is kind of a big deal. They work fine for small foods, but anything with some weight to it these are not helpful. Occasionally even small food like shrimp can ba a challenge to grip/flip. I find I need to grip far down the tongs to succeed with lifting a piece of food from the pan on the first try. Overall I am pleased and use them regularly, but still break out the old metal tongs when I am cooking something that has some weight to it.

I cannot believe I found the perfect tongs! This is the idea behind these silicone coated tongs. They provide a pinch for a perfect reach and grip. They tolerate hot oil and heat from the oven. We have tried them out on everything from toast to onion rings in hot oil. I was tired of the supposedly stainless steel scissor tongs that were more stain than steel. I would enthusiastically recommend these silicone tongs!

This was a good idea. I wanted something easier to clean than normal tongs that I could use to flip chicken etc. on my inside grill. It is a good concept, but for my uses it was just too slippery. I couldn't hold onto the marinated chicken easily. Will look for other uses for it.
