My grand-niece and grand-nephew could rent Chromebooks from the school, but theirs last year were used and needed servicing often. This year we purchased these new Chromebooks and they have had zero issues with them...and we're always more than 1/2 way thru the school year.

This is my 3rd time purchasing these specific devices for our school. They arrive quickly and are enrolled as enterprise devices via GoogleAdmin.

A little getting used to
I got this for taking notes and it works great for that. Everything saves as a Google doc. That's all I use it for so for that purpose it's great. It's not my normal operating system but not hard to transfer into.

The laptop DID NOT EVEN TURN ON! Broken laptop sold
The brand new Chromebook laptop did NOT even turn on. Evidently it was not checked before it was shipped to see if it was faulty. Also, I was charged $18!!!!! To return a broken laptop!!! I WILL NEVER purchase technology online again. Iām furious because I needed the laptop for a zoom training course and had to scramble around to get a substitute.
