I have had this for over 3years and it's still holds its purpose. I use to hold my mannequin head. However I will say depending on the type of head you have it may not stay on the stick.

good item, I'd buy again or reccommend.
It does what it's supposed to do. the unit isnt plasticky or cheap. as far as using for my Styrofoam head yes you may have to re-enforce the circumference of the item or the styrofoam base hole with plastic wrap etc so that it will fit firmly but it's a good purchase. the wheel- like tightener to position the prong that swivels for the Styrofoam I like this very much. I would purchase again

sturdy, easy to use, great value
Got this stand along with a 24" mannequin head for my friend's makeup-obsessed 6 yr old kiddo. It's sturdy, only two moving parts to adjust so even a little kid can use it without messing it up, and under $10. Important part of the BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT I'm giving this year!
