Muy buenas
No tengo una referencia previa sobre este tipo de bandas, sin embargo me funcionan de manera excelente. Llevo varias semanas trabajando con ellas y son cómodas, ajustan de manera adecuada, terminado el entreno se pueden liberar rápidamente, cuentan con un ancho y largo adecuado. En mi opinión y experiencia han sido una muy buena adquisición para mi kit personal de accesorios para entrenamiento.

Good but hard to tighten by yourself
They work well and you can definitely feel them working. The only problem I have is they can be hard to tighten if you don’t have any help putting them on. If I could buy some RBF bands again my next ones would be Velcro
