Essentials of Corporate Finance, 8th Edition - standalone book

This book was for my business finance class but it wasn't really required too much. My professor did pick out some problems to practice that were pretty helpful for exams. I'm not a finance major but I did go through the chapters to help study for exams and I ended with an A in the class and having talked to my professor, was good as the average for the class was lower than he wanted. Not that interesting to me but did help me for what I needed for the class when it came to working through the formulas or using the financial calculator.

I used this book for school, and it has been great. Good vendor and great overall experience. Will definitely order from this vendor in the near future. Thank you.

I was trying to find version 7 of this book, but was only able to find version 8 on amazon. The review questions at the end of each chapter are very close between versions but different. The numbers in practive problems are different between version 7 and 8 are different, so doing homework is very difficult when my instructor is using version 7.The book is very easy to read and makes finance easy to understand.

I think the book was shipped in a great condition, but i was disappointed to learn that the course /access code was missing. Its an expensive price to not receive it. I was trying to save and now I have to spend more. I should have bought my book at the university or another place.

This was my text book for my Corporate Finance class while getting my MBA. I am 45 years old and do not have a finance background beyond what I have learned in business over the last 22 years. This book did an incredible job of spelling out the more difficult topics in an understandable manner. I will keep and reference the book.

This is probably one of the best books I found for understanding the complex interactions between interest rates, bonds, and the stock market. I have been searching for a good book to teach myself for a awhile, and wouldn't you know all I needed was a textbook!

Very interesting and formulas are easy to understand. I do not like connect, the problems at the end of the chapter are supposed to help you determine if you understood the content, why should I have to pay an extra fee for that.
