I've tried drinking green tea a lot of times because it is popular in every mall today and I have been hearing about them from my friends who are also green tea drinkers, but I am not quite aware for what it can do to our body, a big thanks to this book I am well informed now how healthy green tea is. This 42 page, large print "pamphlet" is full of unreferenced statements and the writer's opinion. The few recipe's are simple and common sense. Definitely not worth more than $1.00.
