Installed inside engine bay. Pretty easy. Took about 15 min from start to finish.

Installed on a 2011 LML I watched a lot of videos and read reviews about this product or ones similar to it. I took a chance and got it. People stated that it lost prime and you had to pump it up again to start it or it leaks or they got one with poor quality control. I did not have any of these problems. Easy to install I dropped down my fender liner for more room. I used diesel on my o rings all three of them and put some on the CAT filter gasket too. Was a small leak I didn’t have the sinister adapter tight all the way my fault so I used my big oil filter pliers to get more turns out of it and re primed and tested for leaks again all was good after that and I put 200 miles on it as a good test drive still no leaks still starts up every time even with remote start. Did used a PPE bleeder screw just to have everything new.

Part fit very nicely took about 10 minutes and truck has run alot better since installing this part. Very good product

I love the product, it’s nice but the oring was leaking fuel at first I had to pull it off pull the oring out , leave it lose and then Hand tightened again was a pain in the ass let’s hope it filters! Take my advice you need to make that sinister rubber oring thick like what they put on oil filter!!!

Seems like a good well made product, but if you are putting this on a duramax older than 2011 do you self a favor and go buy some m8x40 bolts. The m8x30 that come with it are just a little to short and you can't get them tight enough without stripping the aluminum threads on the inside of the filter housing. The m8x40 I bought worked perfect, and I'm more comfortable knowing there is now more then just a couple threads holding it on.

I can now save money by purchasing the CAT filters instead of the costly A/C filter.. The adapter is made in the United States of America !!!!!!!!!

I love the fact my filters are cheaper now. It's easy to install and worth every penny I spent on it. Only problem I have had with it is driving one day it loosened up spraying Diesel everywhere. Other then the one problem I can't say anything bad. Just keep it tight
