2001 Dodge Ram Van - Fits perfectly
The media could not be loaded. The top brackets slide up and down and are flippable, and the bottom brackets swivel.I used WD-40 on my drill bit when drilling pilot holes. This really will fit any van.

Good as advertised
Pretty good for a lightweight ladder. It is pretty solid though

This will probably work on a midsize vehicle as is
This is my second latter the first one I installed on the rear door of my Ford Econoline 350 which fit very well and is very sturdy at 1 inch aluminum tubing. This one I plan on making it longer to use on the driver side of my Van. At 7/8 aluminum tubing I don’t know if it will be as sturdy as my first one?Description says it’s 56 inches long but it is only about 51 inches tall

Sort of fits
I contacted the manufacturer directly about their ladders, the "fit guide" is on their website:"I have a 1998 Dodge Ram B3500 Van. Your fit guide says the 103H ladder will fit, however, several reviews on Amazon say that the 103H it too tall to fit. The back door on my van is 50 inches tall. If the 103H is in fact too tall, would the 103 Universal Van Ladder fit? Also, what would be the clearance between the ladder and the door? My van has a spare tire holder that sticks out from the door 4 inches. Would the ladder stick out far enough to clear it?"Their response:"The 103H will probably be too long. The 103 will work on the van due to the fact that it bolts on at all 4 points. The 103 has a 5” clearance, so based on your measurements it will be very close but should clearing your tire carrier. "Based on this, I ordered the 103 ladder. It does not have enough clearance to go over the spare tire holder. My solution was to install the ladder UPSIDE DOWN (!). I put the flanges at the top and used the sheet metal screws, then used 2 U bolts to attach it to the spare tire holder. It clears the bumper at the bottom by about 1/4". It looks and works fine, but really that's not right.
