Great book. Easy to read. Love it

I have many Bibles as well as Study Bibles, but this Bible is great to have for my Celebrate Recovery group study. It not only is the inspired Word of God, it also has many helpful insights, to help yourself using the Word of God, knowing He is your Higher Power. The testimonies of other people who have taken the group study as well as the step study are very inspiring. This can be helpful, in a way, to get your head on straight, in your thinking differentially and too It is very uplifting to say the least. Thanks to John Baker to bring the Lord into the mix. Because we can't change our lives in our own strengths with out God's help.

12 steps based on the Bible of Jesus Christ. It defines your “ Higher Power” as to he truly is Jesus Christ. No more exalting the creation rather than the creator. Helps you to realize that sobriety is a gift from God and is to be treasured one day at a time.

Fantastic, this is a wonderful guide to help unravel the many questions that face Recovery from any addiction. There are personal stories that fit in with the steps to recovery and also lets us know we are not alone and there are positive answers to help us change our life and situations. There is always an answer for a willing heart to hear in the process of Celebrating any Recovery from any type of addiction or obsession.

Got hurts or hangups? Addictions? Want to recover? This Recovery Bible is for you! NIV is a great translation too. This inexpensive Bible is great to take to Celebrate Recovery meetings. Also recommend the bigger hardcover version as well.

I’ve struggled for years trying to read any bible given to me. It’s always hard to understand words in most bibles. Celebrate Recovery Bible is easy to read has your step lessons and testimonies all in one! I find myself wanting to read more and more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You don’t need to be in recovery to have this bible. I think this would be great for any young adult needing a bible they can understand and relate too
