Not the product in the picture
Did not receive anything that remotely looked like the product in the picture. The package received was scratched and torn and the keyboard was dirty with stains and scratches all over it.

Garbage product with a non existent warranty from a company that ignore you.
Arteck are a Chinese company, who it would appear only trade through Amazon. My keyboard stopped functioning after 11 months. Arteck claim it has a 2 year warranty. I emailed Arteck through Amazon, and eventually received a response telling me to use a "blower" on the keyboard to get rid of any dust. Who has an industrial blower in their house? Incredible! I tried physically blowing on the faulty keys, which did nothing. Arteck will not reply to my second email. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer, Arteck. You can only email them through Amazon, they do not have a phone number. My advice, do not have anything to do with this company. Buy from someone else. What is the point of their 2 year warranty?

I trawled Amazon for the best bluetooth keyboard under £50 and I'm convinced this is it
Like many reviewers, I am an Apple keyboard fan - travel distance, spacing... I'm also more comfortable with laptop keyboards than big chunky things. For 1/4 of the price of a Smart Keyboard or the Windows 'designer' stuff, this Arteck is a brilliant buy. The build is sturdy and reasonably attractive. The keys don't wobble, they travel smoothly, facilitating quick typing. The keyboard connected to my Win 10 laptop easily, and also connected to an iPad Pro easily. Before I bought this, I trawled Amazon to find the best slim bluetooth keyboard for less than £50. I'm sure this is it.Packaging - big fan of Amazon's 'frustration free' (recyclable and minimal plastic) packaging. Kudos.Niggles - the enter button is half-height which is taking some practice. For the first day of use, I was constantly printing hashtags, but I'm sure I'll adjust.

Likely the very best portable Bluetooth keyboard
Having tried many other bluetooth keyboards for portable use with my 10" tablet, I wasn't expecting this one to be as good as it is. I am so pleased I didn't give up the search for a really good product. These are some of the outstanding reasons why I believe this keyboard is so good. The tactile key action and performance is simply superb - it feels like a much more expensive keyboard and is a delight to use. Added to this fabulous usability is the slightly raised rear of the keyboard that further enhances the delight of the action. In short, this unit looks fantastic, performs superbly and is extremely affordable. I wish I had discovered it earlier. If you want a really good quality (in all respects) portable bluetooth keyboard - then you simply have to but this one. Nuff said I think!

Arteck - Not Impresssed
I bought this keyboard based on the product image - it matched my MacBook Pro layout and would have been perfect for use now we're all working at home. However, I received a different keyboard layout and so provided a review that pointed out this discrepancy, and my disappointment.I then received an email from Arteck promising a replacement keyboard matching the one advertised and so, in good faith, I deleted my low service review I originally gave to Arteck. Surprise, surprise, weeks later, the replacement keyboard has not arrived! The original keyboard arrived in one day. So far the wait for the promised keyboard has been just about three weeks. I won't be so accommodating in removing my low star reviews in future.Lastly, the right-pointing arrow key is now starting to take two to three hits for it to register. Not impressed by Arteck, at all.Edit (16 June 2020): I have received over half a dozen emails from Arteck offering a replacement US layout keyboard if I would ‘kindly reply to their email to arrange’. I have replied every time to confirm, and all I get in return is another email from Arteck asking me, again, if I would like a replacement keyboard. Do they not read their Amazon-facilitated emails??? How many times do I have to say ‘yes, please’?Edit (21 August 2020): My email correspondence with Arteck has now reached 28 messages that have to'd and fro'd. As in the comment above they keep asking would I like a replacement, I keep saying yes, and the next message I get from Arteck is: 'would you like a replacement keyboard'. I have spoken, too, with Amazon, but they do not seem to have any way to contact Arteck from their side and so cannot help. It's bizarre.

Keyboard small only in size, big in performance.
The little Arteck Bluetooth keyboard came with speedy delivery to my rescue, and very pleased I was with my purchase and its performance. The keyboard feels heavy and high end in my hands, this is given to its steel finish on the back. My previous Bluetooth keyboard was a cheap plastic-ky affair which gave me no pleasure whatsoever and gave up after only a short while. The connection to my Windows laptop was almost instant, once I took upon myself to browse the small user manual and discovered (and I wish someone had just told me), that the only action required from my end to connect is to press Fn and C. Anyone knowing that, needs to look no further and will have access to instant and seamless connection. The keyboard is charged through a usb cable, which is a step ahead of the previous battery-powered models I had. The cable is provided with the keyboard. The layout is close to the standard UK keyboard. I have not tried to connect this keyboard to any other devices than a Windows computer, so I cannot comment on its compatibility to iOS devices, which should also one of its features. The price is a little higher than the basic models of a Bluetooth keyboard, however to my eyes this is completely justified by its high-end feel, hassle-free connection and usb-power, which saves on batteries and is more environment-friendly.
