Good very diffrent uses
The habanero is a pleasant spicy can be used on anything. The scorpion on the other hand is quite a beast ,fist hot sauce I have had that made my gums burn and I have a had quite a bit hotter. Still good just much more limited use.

The habanero sauce has good heat and flavor, the scorpion sauce turns it up even more but not as flavorful as the habanero.

Scorpion will get ya!!
Both sauces are great. The scorpion can really sneak up on you and once you’re in the pain zone not much is gonna stop it other than time. Still not crazy hot though.
