This is just my personal experience with these glasses. My sleep pattern has gotten so much better. I heard of the blue light damage to our eyes and our melatonin production in our brain. I was a little skeptical but I took a chance on these glasses. I am not disappointed. I’ve been sleeping very well at night. I would recommend these glasses to anyone who is in search of these types of glasses. And the style is pretty nice also

The frame on these glasses are MUCH smaller than the ones I've ordered before. They look like regular blue light glasses now.. I would much rather prefer the 2022 version. Will be returning.

Used the product for a Halloween costume. Now my son uses the glasses while doing remote school work. They seem well made and look great! They are comfortable.

Wish they were adult size. These are super cute, just too small (tight) for me.
