14kt Solid Yellow Gold Superbright Clear Cz Basket Setting Round Screwback Stud Earrings

This review is for the 7mm CZ gold stud earings...I read the reviews saying these had thin posts that were too long but I thought, "no biggie... I'll just trim the backs" but that's not the issue exactly... here's the issue: and I'll include pics.First, the posts are as thin as wire. One of mine was bent right out of the box before I even touched them and when I tried to bend it back it bent like soft wire because it's so thin.The other issue is that the threaded part of the post is too short so the thickness between the CZ and the threaded area is very long, longer than most any earlobe unless you have very thick earlobes. As a result, the weight of the stone causes it to hang down instead of face forward (see pics). If you could screw it tghter that would eliminate this issue but you can't because the threaded part is too short.i really wanted a screw back stud set and would never trust a normal back for these. Also, it is the softest, thinnest gold I've ever felt... it bends like butter and would break in no time. So guess these are going back... sad because I was super excited about them. The CZs themselves are OK... Ithey don't have much sparkle but they aren't horrible. I had another set of CZ earings that were set in gold that were so much more beautiful and had none of these issues (the posts were firm and solid and the stones were sparkly- they faced forward and looked beautiful until I misplaced them) I thought these would be similar but they definitely are not. My other ones cost a little more at about $50 but it was well worth the difference in price.

These are beautiful. The 4mm size was perfect for the 2nd hole in my ear. The earring is easy to put on if you turn the earring into the back - not try to twist the back to screw on. They are very comfortable when sleeping - don't poke into your skin; you can forget they are there. I do want to mention that the posts are a little long, but that may be because I am wearing them in the hole above the regular one so the cartledge may be a little thinner, but they are cute and comfortable and since they are 14K they do not hurt or irritate my ears. Also - I had to return my first pair, they were too large for me (6mm) and Stephanie Rockway was very easy to do business with - but you do have to pay return shipping (it was only a couple of dollars). Overall great earring for the price.

these are very comfortable to wear. This size I ordered is perfect. My husband thought I bought a new set of diamond earrings. I never wear earrings to bed because the backs always poke me, these are great. Thank you

The backs are TINY, but once they're on they are on, forgetaboutit.I always get sore ears with almost all earrings, but I have had these on for several weeks and haven't felt any discomfort at all.And I usually loose earrings, which sucks because I have to wear gold, but these things aren't going anywhere.Love 'em.

Awesome earnings. I recently discovered that all my issues with infected piercings was due to some metal allergies (only in my ear piercings) and that I can only wear gold in my ears. These are perfect size as my ears are tiny, and I love the screw back feature so they stay on. I read that the posts were too long so the earing drooped, but I just took a large fingernail clipper and lopped of the excess part of the posts, and now they are perfect size! These are so comfortable to wear, and shortening the posts to fit my ears made is so I can sleep with them on without having the posts poke me all night long.

Beautiful 14kt cz studs. I purchased the 8MM but they were a bit too big, So I sent them back and ordered the 6mm which was the size I was looking for. These are great for everyday and are secured with the screw backs . I received my refund fast. Great customer service.

Very pretty earrings for my toddler and great price compared to prices I paid in the local mall. Don't expect giant screw backs, these earrings are made for children, and the backs are a little hard to hold in between your fingers without dropping them when trying to screw them on. These are perfect size for my 22 month old and post length is also perfect for her ear lobes.I'm very happy with these earrings as well as seller's customer service. I purchased 2 pairs and they sent one wrong pair. Seller told me to keep the wrong one and they sent a replacement. Couldn't ask for better service.
