Not for me
I read the first in this series by a new author for me and it was so-so by my standards. I thought that I should give the second a try. Sometimes a series gets better as characters evolve but I think this author is just not for me.I didn't really like the Heroine or the Hero's all that much. 2 of them seem like bad guys and not ones I'd want to be involved with. The Heroine is a little too naive and trusting for me, as well as having weird issues with relationships. I honestly felt bad for Derrin. I didn't understand her complete lack of curiosity or anger at her family for leaving her so clueless as to her bad luck curse. None of this would have happened if this situation would have been explained and I feel like this is a major plot hole/excuse by the author and not really believably.Plot wise it was decent and interesting but again I just didn't connect with the characters. Its just not for me.

4.5 Stars for sequel in the Grey Witch series!
I thought Cece did a great job with Book 2 in her Grey Witch series! I loved Kayla in this one and her guys (I might have flipped who was my favorite in this one, but I wont give that away haha). I think Book 3 is going to be AMAZING and can't wait. The reason I gave it 4.5/5 stars is I personally liked Book 1 better, but Book 2 did not disappoint. There was some awkward wordings/editing that took a 1/2 star away but I ended up giving it 5 stars because I couldn't help not reading it almost in one sitting. I need more of this story and can't wait for Book 3 ❤️

Great read! Need book 3!
Incredible story with a whole lot of supernatural manly hotness thrown in for good measure.I adore Kayla even though she is a bit on and off with Darren. Solas and Rhydian are still 2 of my favorite characters EVER. They’re hot, mysterious, dangerous...yum! Keir is holy vampire hotness on a stick and book 2 just made me love them all even more! The story pulled me in and kept me hooked just like book 1. The cliffhanger left me reeling and ready to chunk something. I am so ready for book 3 it’s insane! Cece, you’re quite literally killin me here!

So dang good
I have so much love for these characters. The author does a great job of writing Kayla just awkward enough, just stubborn enough to be both likable and realistic. I enjoyed Kala’s continued journey and discoveries, as well as the mishaps her bad luck gets her into. But most of all, I enjoyed the further interactions with the guys - learning more about them, developing of potential relationships more - the whole thing. I had my favorites in the first book, but this one just shook it all up and now I am even more glad that the author is a firm believer in #whychoose! An amazing ending, slightly cliffhanger-ish, but really just a set-up of what to expect in the next book. I highly recommend this series, it might be my favorite from this author.

2nd was just as good as the 1st
I love Kayla. She learns a lot through trail and error in this book and I have a feeling it's only going to get worse before it gets better. However bad it gets, I'm sure it's going to be one heck of a ride. Can't wait to see what she does next.

Entertaining
I'm really enjoying this series so far. Kayla is a bit bumbling for my taste, but her crazy life is definitely entertaining.I have to say, as sweet as he is, Darren is my least favorite of the guys. I have a feeling the grand reveal of what Kayla needs to do to fix her new problem is not going to go over well. There are a few grammar issues that detract from the enjoyment of the story, which is why I took one star off.Overall, a good second installment, and I look forward to the next.

Getting better
Book 2 picks up soon after book 1 leaves off, throwing us back into Kayla’s unlucky life as easily as Solas can be summoned. It’s fun, a bit twisted and definitely an emotional ride fir Kayla.Pros:- Witty.- Silas: I can’t decide if I love or hate him, if he’s a good guy or a bad guy.... then again, he is a DEMON!- Starting to feel more like a RH.Cons:- why do shifters always get the raw deal? I’m feeling bad for Darren here.- More questions than answers... but I guess that’s the point.

Oh my
Things realy start to get interesting with this book! Or should I say even more interesting?! Kaylas bad luck is seriously terrible! She gets into all sorts of situations that are just WOW. How does she even get mistaken for a shifter, how is that possible? As she's trying to help a friend, her magic goes haywire and she nearly kills herself! I feel bad for the girl! And that ending?!? Oh huh my. That sneaky sexy Solas.

Great books, made me laugh.
These books are great, well written and great depth of characters. These books actually made me laugh out loud which the husband found very confusing when he was woken up by me laughing.Loved the premise when I first read the description of the books and I wasn't dissapointed. Very imaginative and can't wait to see what she does next!

Good
It was a good book. Unfortunately the more I read the less I like the female protagonist. She definitely doesn't deserve Darren. I don't think I'll continue on with the series.
