RTIC 65 Gallon Cooler Basket Accessory

This basket is way too shallow to be of much use. you would barely be able to put a sandwich or two in there without them getting squished. Part of the problem is that the cover to the cooler protrudes into the space that the basket occupies. In order to use it, we will have to concoct a way to lower the basket further into the cooler.

Stupidly bought this for my 65 QUART rtic... Was in a rush.. guys they don't make a 65 GALLON cooler lol I feel so dumb. Anyway it came and it is tiny!!! Also the real thing for the 65 qt on rtic is only $15 it was just out of stock when I looked. I paid $25 for this which was way too much but after ordering it jumped to over $40. Stupid.

Ordered two at the same time. Yes, paid ~$35 each for a few pieces of wires put together, but I did so as I wanted to make sure they were good quality and would fit the RTIC 65. Got them both in the same box. Went to test them out, one fit perfectly, held weight, didn't fall down. THe second was mis-dimensioned and although it would sit in t he cooler properly, it would not take any weight. I looked to see if it was just bent, but no, the 4 "lips" that sit on the cooler rim were different dimensions than the other one (skinner).If this was a cheap knock off, I would understand. But to pay over $70 to the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER of the cooler for what these are, it is disappointed. 1 star for the bad one, 5 stars for the good one, averaged to 3, minus another for the pain in the butt having to return the one. Sigh.....come on Artic, its a simple product, and you charge a fortune for it.

I purchased this basket after looking at the dimensions thinking it may fit my Seavilis 70 quart wheeled cooler. Upon arrival, it was ~ 1/2" per side too wide. I was about to return it, but looked at the construction, and decided that rather than return, I would use a rubber mallet to collapse the holding lips inward. The construction is very strong, an it didn't cause the basket to collapse or lose structural integrity. By using the rubber mallet it allowed just clearance for a nice interference fit between the basket and the lip of the cooler itself. Cheapest option I could find online. Two stars for value as I believe this is over-priced for what it is, though that is market rate being an accessory, unfortunately.

Took a shot in the dark based on product dimensions that this would fit the Igloo 60 quart Sunset Roller cooler... And it does, perfectly.Hope this info is helpful to others like me trying to find a basket for an Igloo cooler, 'cause Igloo molds the basket lip into most of their products, but only makes ~4 baskets, and only for specific models. Good luck trying to find a match.Also wanted to add that this is made of sturdy, heavy rod material and it would take a tremendous amount of weight to flex the shape enough to make it distort and slip off the lip - another bonus over most Igloo baskets.
