Women Don't Owe You Pretty: The record-breaking best-selling book every woman needs

I don't write reviews nor do I say this often, but this book changed my life. Buy it, read it, relish it, gobble it, you'll love it, you'll be attacked, but you'll evolve.

This book is very insightful if you’re heartbroken and are dealing with problems related to body or relationships etc. it’s a must read for young girls as it helps them to prepare and protect themselves from certain things.

I cannot stress how much I loved this book!A lot of what I read I’ve learned through lived experience and I can look back and remember exactly when and how I learned it. But how gentler it would’ve been to learn it from a book than from the world.10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a fun, freeing, and fierce self help (ish) book full of color, casual narrative, illustrations, and insight that will make you relook at yourself and the world around you. She’s also extremely inclusive of all identities and communities - on the second page she mentions ableism and its impacts on society; as a full time wheelchair user, I was sold instantly.In the wise words of Forence,“Life is too short not to love the sh*t out of yourself! You are the love of your own life, so start acting accordingly.”

Don't be deceived by the easy language and large font. there is a lot of really good information in this book

This is an excellent read, particularly for women. Go with an open mind. For me, it serves as a source of motivation and inspiration, allowing me to open my eyes, think, and feel more empowered. This book, and Florence the author, give you the opportunity to reflect and recognise that, no matter how you feel, you are not alone. I wish I could have had this book as a teenager. It contains some warnings, but I believe they are vital topics that everyone should address.And the art is AMAZING.
