Beautiful work, horrible shipping
I got this for my husband as his groom's gift when we got married. The shipping was horrible but the craftsmanship of the holder was beautiful. They has the address wrong and delivered it to the wrong house. Thankfully the lady was able to call me. So while he didn't get it on our wedding, he loves it all the same. I am ordering me one as well.... I'm still a bit leery of the shipping....(DHL)

Excellent quality with a handmade touch
I ordered the customized holder with two luggage tags and I was very impressed. Impeccable quality but still had the handmade touch which made it feel expensive. Packaging was also very cute and all items were indeed consistent. Order was delivered very quickly. Will buy again in future for other gifts.
