Q: Will these work with any food sealer?

They will work but these are 50 ft rolls so the diameter of the rolls are larger than the original food saver bags. So they won't fit in the machine until you use some to make the diameter smaller. FYI, According to the listing these bags are 4 mil thick on one side and 8.5 mil on the other. Food saver brand bags are 3 mils and 11.5 mils thick.

Q: Is the outside width of the roll really 11"? I have purchased another brand advertised as 11" but they are 11.6" edge to and do not fit my Food Saver
