The balls were fine, but the plastic case you keep them in for the freezer was broken. It was broken because it was shipped in a paper, Amazon envelope. So dumb!

Great product, the ball stays cold for more than 1 hr. I had to try it myself. Totally recommend it.

I may have an addiction to chilling stones.?. This is my fifth order for such a product. I have a set of 6 stainless balls, a set of 6 stone cubes, 2 sets of 6 stainless cubes and now these. I guess I like options. These work very well at keeping cold beverages cold and even fair at cooling fluids that are room temp. They are over 2" in diameter. They are 100% stainless steel but not solid stainless steel. They have a cooling gel inside that is a liquid at room temp but solid after freezing. They fit in even my smallest DOF class. I am completely satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it.

I have whiskey stones and spherical ice ball molds that seldom see any use. These stainless steel balls have been used more that all of the other methods for chilling a drink. The steel balls have a large surface area to contact more of the drink and don't dilute like ice balls. They have a clear plastic box to store them while in the freezer or cabinet. Easy to use, clean, and store. Great gift for someone or an accessory to your own home bar.

You can hear the liquid slosh around in them.This is false advertising and so I am returning these since I wanted actual 100% Stainless Steel, not stainless and liquid.
