Broke not even a year old

The weight for the steamer not to tilt over was broken in half and I was also missing the screws and washers to fully secure the weight in place. They only gave me one washer and super short screws that don’t do anything to secure the weight. Also the part where you insert the mag lamp is super hard to insert it doesn’t even fully insert and it’s already really short piece that goes inside the side handle. I hope it doesn’t fall on a client. Sadly I don’t recommend this steamer it’s not well made.

This steamer was delivered on Jan. 21, 2022. Today is June 23, 2022. It will now not turn on. I contacted the company it was shipped from and they told me it only has a 90-day warranty. The product should last more than 6 months. I am so disappointed. I will never buy from this vendor again and advise you not to waste your money.

I didn’t receive ANY of the hardware with this item. No screws, bolts, washers, or wheels. My business is opening tomorrow and now I don’t have an important part. It’s just ridiculous.

Product has obviously been previously owned as parts were dirty, broken, and screws and washers loosely in the box. Shameful that a product that must be sanitized after use was allowed to be resold.

This steamer is cheaply made. It has a plastic water tank and is too small/too low -can not adjust. Cheap looking. Not suitable for professional spa.
