I have had this since April of this year and it is now July it has worked well and I am so disappointed that the plastic clip broke to hold it together so its no longer able to be used, as well as the button on the side of the control clicker to increase or decrease the shock strength stopped being able to control the level after a month. Besides now being outside the return window I guess its served it purpose for 4 months I was able to use it

Like the fact you could record your voice to talk to your dog or even just talk to your dog through the app but the app it’s very glitchy If they improve the app and performance this would be a solid five stars

Ok first off the fact that it’s an anti bark collar and a training collar is fantastic. The device and remote work great. However; I have a couple things so far that they could build upon. If you do, I would love to be the one to try it out first! So with that being said please send me the product to try and review for you! Ok now with that being put out there, here’s the things that I feel they could do better. First; please make the battery last longer. I researched a lot of products to find the right one for me. But I do believe that it says that the collar could last 15 days on a single charge. I have not found that to be the case. I have tested mine and I have to charge my device and controller within 2 days or it dies. I no longer let it die, I charge my device and controller every night. I live in an apartment and I can’t take the risk of it dying before I get home from being gone at work for a 12 hour shift.Secondly; me and my husband both can’t use the app. It’s one or the other. We can both download the app, but we can’t both be connected to her collar thru the app and for me that’s an issue. I feel that we should both be able to connect and use the app. Because if I take her out and forget the remote, I’d like to be able to use the phone remote. Honestly; I personally don’t like taking the controller outside because I end up accidentally setting it off on her! For instance(s); when I’m trying to untangle her from the leash. Or when she goes potty, and I go to pick it up, and I accidentally set it off, from inside my pocket!Also; I don’t feel that I should have to reconnect to her collar everytime we open the app! It should automatically connect when we get in range of her.I have an update on this product, since my initial review!So; I’m very upset because my dog is getting immune to the color now because it goes off on her a lot when no is saying anything, don’t have the controller near us. This is a big no no! I found out because I had fallen asleep on the couch, and all the sudden my husband heard the collar vibrate and then our dog jump up so fast, she seriously almost jumped out of her skin. At first; I thought maybe the battery was getting low, so I took it off of her, and plugged it in. But Upon other occasions even after that, it has gone off by itself. She will be laying in my lap, and it will go off! So I’ve taken it off of her, and I will not be putting it back on her, and I will not be recommending this product to anyone! This isn’t ok, your dog shouldn’t get disciplined, when they’re not doing anything wrong! Will be returning!

First off, I do love that there is an app connection. I don’t have to carry a remote and the dog doesn’t learn to equate the sight of remote with reinforcement.I would like to see some updates to the app that would allow me to open straight into the phone remote, without having to wait for a connection and then have it automatically select the most recently used collar.The down sides;-The collar has a significant delay between the pressing of the button to the delivery of the selected reinforcement.-I thought it was dud. The first week we used it, he barely responded to any of the physical types of reinforcements. Then all of a sudden he yelped when the static feature was bumped to on in my pocket.-the static delivers inconsistent results when used intentionally. Sometimes it is effective. Other times it is completely ignored. I only use the static feature to reinforce safety issues, so it’s kind of important that it functions.

I don't like that the collar has to grip. I will put it on him and an hr later have to tighten it because it became loose. I also don't like that he has somehow managed to turn it off several times.
