I bought this item to use on my shaving cream tubes and it is too short for some, for example on La Toja creams. It is ok for narrower tubes such as Palmolive.Otherwise well built thus the 3 stars.

I'm actually surprised at how helpful this little tool is - I never thought I needed this product and usually squeezed my hair colors out by hand until a hair colorist recommend this key. This key makes it a very clean and quick process to get the color out in any amount as you need it.Its easy to slide on and off of the end of the tube.The only thing I'm a little worried about is possible rusting over time. ( will update should that happen)Very happy with this product!

Made of heavy metal not plastic and a good value. I was tired of squeezing that last bit out of tubes wishing I could find a "tube key" like that used when I was a child. I came upon this from a YouTuber and purchased it right away. Its like that little gadget that sits around, but when you need it, it's indispensable.

No more cheap plastic versions to break. This throwback makes me feel like I woke up in the 1950's but it really works. With companies downsizing their product (while raising the prices) it makes good sense to get what you pay for. Simple to use, just slide the end of the toothpaste tube into the slot of the key and begin twisting. The toothpaste in the tube will be squeezed up to the cap. No more waste. Simple, effective and well made. Just like things used to be.
