I was under the impression that this would close with Velcro. When I opened, it’s a button closure. I can’t do buttons. Now I have to get it fixed so I can use it

For closure- there are two buttons on one side and two white elastic loops on the other. Guessing it's 'adjustable' because the elastic stretches. Problems with all that: the spacing of the buttons relative to the amount the wrap can stretch between the buttons is disproportionate, the elastic loops are a pain to loop around the button and slip off & one of the elastic loops is not hidden but instead is in full view making it look like a poor DIY project. I'm a 36C/145lb and find the wrap uncomfortably tight.
