There is no expiration date on them anywhere that I can find. And I purchased several. Just opened another one and it's still as cinnamony as the first one I opened.

Q: Are these made with real cinnamon? What are all the ingredients?

I am not sure if they are made with real cinnamon. I can tell you they are very very strong. I did not like that they were so strong it would burn my lips when I tried to use them. I had to put plain toothpicks in the case and let them set for a couple of weeks so they could absorb the flavor. I also would break the original toothpicks in half so I could put the whole thing in my mouth as to not burn my lips.

Q: Does the cap screw on or snap on? Does it hold up (close properly) for more than a few weeks?

The caps screw on. I have used the tubes to soak plain toothpicks in liquor (to flavor them) and they didn't leak. So I'm going to say they would hold up fine.
