I have tried other grippers which haven’t worked but these definitely do. I have a very lively cat who charges about at night and pushes quite a heavy rug around the room. The rug is on laminate flooring and hasn’t moved since I used the grippers in spite of his best efforts. You also get plenty in the pack to use in other rooms.

Very sticky and it left no residue.However, when I tried to adjust the position of the rug, these things pulled varnish off the floorboards.Not impressed.

Bought these to stick my rugs down. Not on the expensive side but reviews were good so thought I would try them. Whilst they weee easy to use they are such a waste of money, stuck them to the rug and the carpet and only lasted a couple of hours and then they came away from the rug. Now I can’t get them of the laminate flooring without leaving a mark. I would have had less hassle if I used gorilla tape.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Have always had the rug gripper underlay for my rugs on my wooden floor, as these are coming to the end of their life and i hope to purchase new rugs thought i would try these just to see. Tried them out on a small rug and they do exactly what you want, hold the rug in place on solid wood floor. Haven't tried removing and cleaning with water to re-use yet, but at that price if it does the job its not expensive to replace them. Think you would need to place more off on larger rugs, i used 8 in total on a small rug to try out and its not moving ( lets see when grandkids try to lift them ) Very happy just now will see how long it lasts before i purchase new larger rugs.

They dont stick carpet to carpet. Am sure good for lino to carpet.

Only recently discovered this kind of rug gripper. One side sticks to the underside of the rug; the other side sticks to the floor (can be removed without leaving a mark on the floor; clean it with a damp cloth and it will stick again. First bought a different make to try - when I bought more these were a much bigger pack (30 instead of the 8-10 that other makes offer) and the price was so much better. Solved a problem that has been bugging me for years!

Really happy with these grippers. Easy to attach to the rug and they keep it firmly in place. Loads in the packets so really good value for money. Haven’t tried removing it yet so don’t know if it will leave a residue on the floor but I don’t think it will.

Wanted to stick hall runners to a laminate floor, simple task. These stickers came off the runner within two days. They had carpet fibres stuck to it and were not sticky anymore. Tried running under a tap, first cold water, then warm - nothing! Even used some warm soapy water - the fibres never came off!!! Went to shops, bought a fabric tape - job well done!!! Total waste of money on these carpet stickers.
