Great for meat and vegetarian
My wife and I are flexitarian (sometimes meat, but must times not) and we love to eat Gardein's meatless products. This especially gives their beefless tips that southern flair that we grew up with. It's also very great flavor for sautéing mushrooms. Just use olive oil until they're starting to soften them at the end, add some of this Colgin and they're good to go!
