Heavy duty
This is a heavy duty hydraulic ram setup and it works great. Unfortunately, the clamshell had a hydraulic leak when the set was delivered. Amazon replaced it with another. So, I gave the set 3 stars and I hope the replacement is ok. If it is, I’ll change the review to 5 stars. Thanks Amazon!Update: replacement arrived quickly and does not leak. Works great. Price is great.

Does the job

Can't get it to work and came with no instructions
Trying to use it for the first time and can't get it to work. It came with no instructions so we don't know if it doesn't work or if we're doing something wrong. The window for returning it is closed and the website gives no options for contacting the provider. At this point it's an expensive paper weight. Tried searching for user manual on line, but no luck.
