I have been searching for replacement inserts for my sports bras and I have finally found them! Most of my sports bras have foam inserts- which I hate- and usually after a few months of use and washing, the lining separates and falls apart. I have attached pictures to show what the cups look like. They are flexible but you could definitely not rip them apart like you could with typical foam inserts. I also love that there is not a lining over the cups that will peel off after a few washes. I will update after a few washes to confirm that they hold up.-UPDATE-After having these for about 8 months, countless washes, I am happy to report that I still love these inserts. They have held up perfectly in the washer/dryer and they don't bunch up or move around inside the sports bra when in the wash.

I got this last year and they are quite good. The fabric from some pads of my sports bras came off and I had to throw them away because there was only the sponge left on some. It was hard to handle the sponge inside of the sports bras, so, I decided to look for some bra pads that were stitchedon the edges to prevent this form happening again. I am a B cup and I just wanted them so the sports bras had a little of protection/coverage aside form the fabric.I got a package (3 pairs) of this because I was buying the ones form the same brand/seller that don't have that thick sponge part. I wanted to see what the difference because they were pretty alike. Like the others, this don't fold inside the sports bras when washed, the sponge is not thin and empty, and the stiches have not come off from any after almost a year, which means that the covering fabric is intact. The difference is that this feel a little bit smaller, the edges (specially at the top) are more notable, and they are not as soft as the other. I like them quite much and use them but I prefer the others a bit more.

Having recently destroyed the inserts to some of my sports bras (not my finest laundry moment), I struggled to find replacements. While I was hesitant to purchase a brand I'd never heard of from overseas, I'm SO GLAD I DID. These cups are of a much greater quality than what came in most of my bras with purchase! They have perforations so my boob sweat is mitigated some. They are also hemmed along the edges, so they are holding up much better to my stubborn use of the washing machine (I do use a delicates bag and always air dry).I love these so much I just bought some more! I think they'll outlive some of my bras! Highly recommended.For stats, I wear medium sports bras and am between a B and C cup.

These are just what I was looking for! I use these as inserts in my bikini tops. I am between A/B cup, so I need a "little something" to help fill out the swimsuit top, but I also hate the look and feel of big huge padded swimwear. I am not Dolly Parton, so I'm not going to pretend to be! A lot of my swimsuits came with some light padding, but after it gets washed, the pads seem to crumple into a weird shape, which makes your boobs look very strange. These are very firm, meaning they do not crumple up AT ALL. The amount of padding is just enough (for me). They would also work really well in a sports bra. I will be ordering more!

I liked these bra inserts but they are just too small for my 32C chest. I couldn't really make heads or tails of the item title so I just ordered these but there's definitely too much side spillage. I like the thickness, shape and color of the inserts. The extra bump at the bottom of the insert might give a little push-up boost but I wouldn't look for it to make a big difference. I think they would definitely provide maximum coverage under swimsuits, sports bras, etc. I also thought they seemed to be good quality and value.

These are great if you have sports bras that come with cheap pads in them. Most of the pads in my sports bras/bralettes start to disintegrate after a few washes. These are holding up very well and they stay in place a lot better than the padding that came in my sports bras! I put them in the washing machine and then hang them dry. I will definitely buy them again!

A bit small - I’m a very petite size . The overall size is a bit small but it does work PERFECT in my sports bras. Very well made . I’ve reordered 3 times now

I had a number of sport bras that had flimsy insert in the cup and they were deteriorating. I replace my sport bras with these inserts and my bras are like new. This was well worth the money.

These are exactly what I was looking for. They fill out my workout bras + swimsuits perfectly and give the illusion that I'm a cup larger than I am. I feel far less self conscious ! Win win. Would definitely buy again.

Great product, smaller size better for smaller bust and bras, breathable. Wash well and don't fall apart. Would give 5 stars except that they drift to the sides as do all inserts it seems. Would order again.

I use sports bras frequently for dance class and just every day wear. These are great replacements for the original inserts.

Haven't tried them yet, however they are comparable to a much more pricey set I ordered...Imagine they will fit the same and 2x more for the $$

Put them in all of my bathing suits and they fit very well - I wear a lot of high neck bikinis as my boobs aren't very big. I will be ordering more for my other suits as soon as I return from vacation.
