I have to admit, I was dubious about this purchase but my worries were quickly forgotten after travelling with this case to India, Africa and Saudi Arabia. It is fantastic, the wheels are not only super smooth but so, so quiet! The quality of this case is really amazing for the price, plenty of interior features and the front access for your PC is superb, the security locks make all the difference and as a carry on, it is just great! I would have no hesitation in recommending this case to anyone. Thank you Santhome!

Update: after posting the original review (note that I contacted the company about the zipper before I posted the original review), I was contacted and offered $30 dollars to remove my review. I counter-offered saying I would change it to 5 stars and post an update saying that they took care of me and was now happy, but they said I had to erase the part where the zipper failed. I don't really think that's ethical so I declined and am now downgrading to 2-stars because these are very shady tactics to cover up flaws in their products and maintain high ratings.----------Original 3 star reviewGreat suitcase, but zipper failed just after 18 months of use and the warranty only covers zippers for 18 months. The zippers are sticky, very hard to unzip quickly at airport security.***UPDATE 2/18/20***COOLIFE has contacted me twice now asking me to remove my HONEST review because it’s negative. In exchange, they’ve offered to refund me half of the cost of the suitcase. When I refused, they said they’d refund the total amount. That too is unacceptable. If this company truly makes a decent product, they should stand behind it and give me a replacement suitcase. This is a very unprofessional company. I’ve been a Prime customer for many years and I’ve never encountered this situation.

I took this luggage as a carry-on to my daughter's wedding. I was able to pack 9 outfits, 3 pairs of shoes, makeup and jewelry bag, belts, underwear, 7 pairs of headbands for my hair, and face masks! In the video I didn't point out the zipper part section.. but you can see it has masks on the top part and in the bottom zipper part I had about 6 headbands for my hair. This luggage is very sturdy and expandable! The wheels are sturdy as well. I had no problems with the handle and wheeling this through all of the airports. It fits perfectly in the top carry-on caddy of an airplane. The handles on the sides help you to pick it up when you do put it in the airplane overhead carry-on bag compartment. You won't regret buying this luggage. It is an excellent luggage for the price!

Great Luggage and so many pockets and compartments from the price!I needed a new carry-on luggage around the 20/21 inch size to fit in most overhead compartments on planes. The one thing that sold me on the Coolife luggage is the laptop compartment. It is so useful to pull out your laptop while going through airport security. Luggage is also very lightweight and very smooth with the double wheels. The luggage also has more pockets and storage then any carry-on luggage ive ever seen. After research so many luggage, i dont think anything can comapare to the coolife luggage for the price.

The suitcase comes with cool wheels but the handles and the telescopic handle are really bad. They look like cheap quality fits. Overall, you can pay up to 2k or less for this product.
