Q: Light doesn't work. Came with two little batteries. How do you get the light apart to insert the battery?

There is a tiny screw at the base of the light that you can remove to open the battery case. If you contact us directly through Amazon messaging we can send you illustrated instructions. This Q&A forum doesn't allow us to attach the document.

Q: How do I turn on the light?

The light is a red LED that comes on when you press the button. It doesn't require a lot of pressure. If yours doesn't work, it's a problem; you could have a defective item. My advice is to return them, describing the malfunction, and ask for a replacement.
