My wife wears them for metal detecting because they are waterproof, she’s spent many hours in them metal detecting and walking and says they are nice and comfortable, they have been lathered in mud and wet sand and clean up great

These were not the same boots I had bought and worn for nine months during the pandemic. They looked the same except for a little loop hole for the laces which broke the first time I tried it. But they were slightly off in fit, and I returned them with no problems directly yo the store in London. Second weird experience with mountain warehouse on shoes.the first time also involved some kind of defect that quickly caught up with me on the trail. I will not try a third.

Done two days in the Lake District (Scarfell Pike, Great Gable area) and also one day at Tryfan in Snowdonia, so far they have held up well. Comfy and with a thick rigid sole, they appear to be very well constructed. They are more comfortable and sturdy than my previous hiking boots that were the same price so I'm happy with them. I haven't walked in water more than 1inch so can't comment on how well they keep water out.

I have walked the hills in all weathers and I have a pair of £30 boots that are better than these. Whoever made them skimped on everything, the tongue does not fit to the side panels unless I play tug o war to do them up. Same applies to the rest of the boots.

Just very comfortable my 2nd pair , use for work 320 days last year , walk between 10-12 k per day, last pair did 14 months, wore out the tread ,

These boots are brilliant. End up buying a second pair for my brother
