It arrived dented an some of the pieces were not welded correctly (too short). The company did replace the pieces so that's good. It looks nice and it gives off a fair amount of heat. Access to the tank could be better - it's hard getting my hand in there to turn on/off the tank. The starter never seems to work on the first time. It takes 2-3 times to catch and start working. Lastly, the cover they provide is not waterproof. The firebox fills up with water every time it rains. I've replaced the cover with a waterproof one for about $40.Update 12/2016: If you're in the northeast (philly), it does not provide enough warmth for colder temps - it's December and the temps are in the 40's and it's too cold now to use. Disappointed - looks nice and the price has dropped a few hundred since I bought it - that does not help! The igniter only works sometimes so have a lighter handy. I would also recommend get a fire pit with a slide out drawer for the propane tank. That would make it much easier to open the gas valve and to replace the tank.

It took two of us about an hour to set up. We made mistakes because we did not look at the instructions closely enough. Very good instructions. The set up kit included everything that we needed, including tools. It seems that you have to turn on the flame and leave it turned up for 30 seconds or so to warm up the tubes, or else the flame goes out. But after that, it is easy to adjust. We have used it in somewhat windy conditions and it works well. Love the clear glass chunks. Beautiful!

Loved this so much when we first got this. Worked great, enjoyed it for two nights. Then the starter went out and I had to use a lighter to start it. Now, even after using the lighter, it only stays lit for a minute or two then goes out. My husband is handy and we have not figured out the issue yet. Customer service is TERRIBLE, don’t expect any help or responses from them

Easy to assemble. All parts were included except they forgot to drill one hole on the top assembly but was easily rectified with a drill and a self tapping metal screw. Well made from solid material. Nice height ( good news bad news) can get knees under shelf but height allows most heat up not out as a lower fire box would but knew that before we purchase. Shopped around and without question great product great price.

Absolutely love it. I would recommend this product to anyone! It was very easy to assemble with detailed instructions. Also, when I inquired about more rocks because I didn’t feel there were enough they sent me more rocks immediately.

The fire pit is excellent - just what we hoped. It did not arrive in a timely fashion and I had paid a lot to have it expedited. The company refunded a bit of the money I paid. We are happy with the product.

Awesome and impressive. Two complaints. The ignitior does not always work and a welded on bolt came loose while putting it together. Also plan on spening around $80 on a decent cover. The one it comes with is not waterproof. I still would recommend.

We love this product. It looks great on our deck and we love it that it can be used as a table.
